Serving Vero Beach, Sebastian and Fort Pierce Area | (772) 404-4414
We’re a hands-on, tight-knit crew that takes pride in doing things right—quality work, strong safety practices, and looking out for the people beside us. Whether you’re new to the industry or bringing experience with you, you’ll have real opportunities to learn, grow, and move forward here.
We believe good work starts with treating people right. That means clear expectations, safe job sites, and a team that pulls in the same direction.
You’ll be a key part of the crew, helping keep jobs running smoothly on residential and commercial properties. This is hands-on, outdoor work where you’ll learn the basics of tree care and support the team on every job.
You’ll assist with pruning, rigging, clean-up, and equipment handling while learning from experienced crew members along the way. A good attitude, willingness to learn, and showing up ready to work matter more than experience.
Tree care experience is a plus, but not required.
Starting pay: $15/hr+, with room to grow.
Up to $20/hour
This role is for someone comfortable in the tree who takes pride in skilled, hands-on work. You’ll be climbing, pruning, and assisting with removals while working closely with experienced crew leaders to get jobs done safely and efficiently.
We’re looking for someone with at least a year of climbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong respect for safety. If you’re dependable and want to keep improving your skills, you’ll fit in here.
Starting pay: $18/hr+, with room to grow.
Up to $35/hour
This role keeps our crews and job sites moving. You’ll be responsible for safely operating trucks and equipment, hauling debris, and making sure materials are loaded and unloaded the right way. You’ll also help keep grapple trucks and equipment in good working order.
A valid CDL and clean driving record are required. Experience in tree care is a plus, but safety, reliability, and pride in your work matter most.
Starting pay: $18/hr+, with room to grow.
Up to $25/hour
